Recipients of a disability pension or in connection with the loss of a breadwinner ;
If its amount is less than 5 percent of the Phone Number List total old-age insurance pension;
To relatives in the event of the death of the insured person.
To receive the funded part of the pension, a non-working pensioner must contact the Pension Fund branch at the place of receipt of the pension or registration with an application in the established form and documents proving his identity.
For the last five years, the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation has not notified individually insured persons about their placement of places of pension accumulation and the balances of funds in savings pension accounts by mailing letters. The future (or current) pensioner must worry about his funded part of the pension and its location:
Apply in person to the Pension Fund branch at your place of registration (if the funded part was formed in the Pension Fund);
Make a request to a non-state pension fund (if the individual funded pension is in the fund with which the citizen has entered into an agreement);
Contact the accounting department of the enterprise, institution that makes (made) contributions to the pension savings portion;
Using your individual SNILS code, make a request on the Pension Fund website or through the government services portal.
To contact the Pension Fund, it is enough to have identification documents and the SNILS insurance number, using which a fund employee can find the necessary information about your funded pension. An individual personal account number is assigned to each insured person and does not change when changing the surname or for other circumstances throughout life. It is indicated in the insurance certificate of compulsory pension insurance.
